The SHS Indoor Guard provides students the opportunity to bring music to life through performance using movement, skill, equipment, and dance.  The SHS Indoor Guard also provides students the opportunity to develop friendships, build talents, and strive for excellence while fostering an educational environment.

Indoor Guard is a select group that comes from the larger core group of the SHS Color Guard. The Guard Participates in 2-3 weekly rehearsals during the indoor guard season, as well as attend guard mini-camps. The group also participates in competitive and non-competitive performances through-out the winter and spring, including competitions, Friends & Family Night, and all marching band performances. Additional  group activities include fundraising efforts and the Annual Indoor Guard Spaghetti Dinner/Silent Auction.
